All goods purchased via our on-line store will be delivered via registered.
Please note that your credit card will be processed through a secure site and will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation. All orders are charged in Australian dollars with the exchange rate being determined at the time of the credit card authorization.
Only products that are regularly stocked can be ordered via our on-line store and we endeavour to deliver your order within two working weeks of receipt of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, or you wish to exchange your product for a different size, please contact our Customer Service department (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Goods should be returned by registered post and include a return address.
- Postage for the return of the goods is to be borne by the customer unless the item is being returned due to manufacturing imperfections.
- Refunds can only be credited to the credit card used on the original transaction.
- In the instances of size exchanges additional freight may be applicable.
- Refunds are at the full discretion of KWS.
As a general rule, refunds are applicable if the goods are returned to KWS (PO Box 162, Greensborough, Victoria 3088, Australia)
- in original condition, suitable for re-sale;
- with all packaging in-tact;
- within 30 days of the transaction date;
